Business Development Partner

Overview

The Business Development Partner is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients for our B2B services. This role focuses on the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing contracts. The position is based in Plano, TX, with a requirement to be physically present in the office one day per week.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outreach to potential B2B clients through your existing network.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned sectors.
  • Present service offerings to key decision-makers.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Established network of business decision makers.
  • Ability to work independently in a commission-only structure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Work Environment

  • This is a hybrid role.
  • Standard schedule is four days remote and one day in-office per week.
  • Compensation is strictly based on sales performance (Commission Only).
